Elizabeth M. Kelly

Beth has an extensive energy policy practice before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and other California regulators serving environmentally-driven clients.

Previously, Beth was one of the three-staff team that launched MCE, the first community choice aggregator (CCA) in California. As General Counsel, she was responsible for legal, regulatory, legislative, and compliance matters for the clean energy agency. Prior to moving to California, Beth worked at White & Case in New York in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance group.

Beth is a dedicated supporter of libraries, literacy and education.
